Crumbled Beef or Diced Chicken, Black Olives, Mozzarella Cheese, Tomatoes, Sour Cream and Avocado Slices on a bed of lettuce.  Served with Homemade Chips, Salsa and Habanero Ranch Dressing . 

Spinach Salad 
Bed of Spinach topped with Dried Cranberries, Candied Pecans and Gorgonzola Cheese.  Served with Balsamic Vinaigrette
